⁵⁴ These are the places where they lived in their lands. The sons of Aaron of the families of the Kohathites were first to choose where to live. ⁵⁵ They were given Hebron in the land of Judah, and the fields around it. ⁵⁶ But the fields of the city and its towns were given to Caleb the son of Jephunneh.
